About Patches
Please meet Patches. A sweet little guy, Patches is a smooth coat Fox Terrier, born on 1st August, 2015.
He is an affectionate and sweet little man who loves the company of his humans. He loves to snuggle up to you and have a belly rub.
Patches loves to go out on adventures and he loves to run! Although he does pull at times when first starting out for a walk, he soon settles and has very nice lead manners. To help with his further lead training, we have included 3 x free training lessons in his adoption fee.
He shows no signs of food aggression, although he does show signs of seperation anxiety and would be best to be rehomed to a household that does not leave him alone for long periods of time.
Although Patches does not startle easily, we would recommend he be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where he knows he is safe.
Patches has previously lived with another dog, however through our testing here at the facility, we believe he would be best to be rehomed as an only dog. Patches does have a tendency to chase cats and pocket pets and would be best to not be in a home with them.
He has a wonderful personality towards his human friends and would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Patches will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
This incredibly handsome guy will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Patches' adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Patches is also regularly treated for flea and worms.
To enquire more or to meet Patches, please drop in to the facility or call 02 43044350 or email ccanimalcarefacility@gmail.com and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Patches is looking forward to meeting you
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
