About Archie
Please meet beautiful Archie .... A very handsome man, Archie is a 4 year old Greyhound hoping to find his forever home very soon.
A total sweetheart, Archie loves a cuddle and would be very happy to curl up with you on the lounge for a movie or a good book. He is a happy go lucky kinda guy, who will happily follow you around while you go about your business.
He does enjoy a walk and has gorgeous lead manners. He would never dream of pulling and is happy to walk beside you.
Archie enjoys meeting other dogs and he gets along well with them all. While we believe that he may chase cats and should not be rehomed with them, he does seem unfazed by pocket pets.
He shows no signs of seperation anxiety or food aggression and while he doesn't seem worried by fast movements or loud noises, we would recommend that he be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where he knows he is safe.
Archie loves loves loves his squeaky toys and will happily amuse himself playing while you are busy doing other things.
Archie would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Archie will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
This incredibly handsome guy will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Archie's adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Archie is also regularly treated for flea and worms.
To enquire more or to meet Archie, please drop in to the facility or call 02 43044350 or email ccanimalcarefacility@gmail.com and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Archie is looking forward to meeting you
Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
