About Oscar
*ON TRIAL* Introducing the Danny Devito of the dog world. Oscar is a character; he makes me laugh just by looking at him, but when he does his silly zoomies around the house, hides under the blankets and makes his adorable play squeaks Oscar is total comedy gold.
Oscar loves other dogs and is very interactive with them. If any of his fellow doggy friends ever feels like a game, they know just who to go to. He is always jovial, ready to play and never intolerant.
The above being said, Oscar also loves a good snooze and when tired will find the nearest blanket to snuggle under, often sticking his head out in a clumsy Mother Theresa impression.
If you pat Oscar’s belly he will reward you by lying flat on his back with all four feet sticking straight up in the air like a fainting goat.
Sometimes Oscar likes to play sad and flops down with his head between his paws or looks up at you with an innocent and worried expression, often, however, his attempts at being serious are undermined by a wayward snaggle tooth as his lips get tangled with his teeth. If his objective is affection then he has succeeded anyway as it’s almost impossible not to want to squish his adorable little face and kiss the top of his big boof head.
This jolly little soul is one endearing fellow who will capture your heart in no time. He’s certainly captured mine with his coffee scroll tail, his stumpy little legs and his endless enthusiasm for life.
If you feel that you can provide this kid with the very best of homes, then please see the application instructions below.
Medical notes
Oscar is fit and healthy but will need help to lose some weight. A healthy weight is important to the health and longevity of your dog.
Oscar doesn’t tolerate beef so well and can get a bit itchy if fed too much.
Adoption details
Please email me a little bit about yourself. I do not operate on a first-in-best-dressed basis. Instead, my aim is to find the most suitable forever home for the animals in my care.
Your email should include details about who lives at your home, both humans and animals and what their daily schedules and living arrangements are like. It should include details about your previous dogs and a thorough break down of the house rules you will have for this pet as well as what their typical day will look like.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
