Zuki is a sweet and playful …. 3 month old Greyhound puppy, looking for a loving family. Zuki is pronounced “sookie”, as this little girl likes to let you know when she needs more food or a cuddle with her soft whimpers.
Just like a typical greyhound, Zuki spends 80% of her time asleep. The other 20% is for food, food and more food, plus crazy nutty puppy playtimes. Her hyperactive zoomies around the lounge, spinning in circles and playfully biting her bed are hilarious! The photo opportunities with this little girl are endless.
On walks, Zuki loves to sniff, play in the long grass and roll around. But be prepared to carry her if you need to be somewhere fast, she walks slowly. She does get short spurts of energy; running along on the lead is fun for her, until she finds a flower to chew or leaf to chase.
Still a young pup, Zuki is learning her manners and nearly toilet training – she will sook when she needs to go outside. She can already sit, and is food obsessed, so further training will be a breeze.
Zuki has only met a few other dogs, and hasn’t been to a dog park, due to needing her final vaccinations. She can be very timid with small and large breeds, and will submit and roll over. But once she is comfortable, she will try to play and jump on dogs, which can be annoying for some. When told off, she cries and runs back to you. She will learn how to behave with more experience.
She would suit any household with young children, or with an active dog for company, or would make a great addition to any office. She is untested with cats.
If you want a playful, happy puppy with gorgeous eyes and legs for days, this is the girl for you.
