About Bronson
Often seen with his nose to the ground and tail in the air, the staff here at Kemps Creek think Bronson is busy looking for his new forever family! In true Beagle style, this boy can be independent and distracted at times, fascinated by the many smells around him. Bronson is therefore looking for a breed savvy person who can understand his great need to investigate his surroundings.
Bronson's ideal new human will be someone who is home more often than not; while he doesn't demand 24/7 attention, this boy does like to be part of the goings on and will do best in a home that can include him in fun family activities. Daily walks around the neighbourhood will satisfy Bronson's nose and keep him feeling fit, but to keep his active mind occupied, he will need plenty of enrichment. Puzzle toys, scent games, and long-lasting food treats are a great start! Gentle in his approach for pats and play, Bronson would be fine in a family with children, though he will need time to bond with everyone before he feels comfortable with cuddles. Staff at the shelter have seen Bronson greet other pooches amiably and feel that with further safe socialisation in the home environment he could be a great pal to other dogs. Any resident canines will need to come and meet him at the shelter to make sure a happy match is made.
If you are looking for a dog with plenty of adventurous spirit, and have the time to dedicate to bonding with a new furry family member, we would love for you to meet Bronson!
