About Tilly ~ Great Dane x Mastiff (on trial 28/2/2018)
Tilly is a 6 month old female Great Dane X Mastiff. She is a quiet little girl who is very placid and goes with the flow. Tilly loves to play with her best friend Miss Roonie (also available for adoption), and curl up together on the couch, bed, or in the sun.
Tilly loves attention and is happy to couch surf with a loving arm around her or chase toys with her friends and BF (Miss Roonie) out in the yard. She also likes to play in the water, explore the gardens and yard and play zoomies. I have not heard her bark once, but when she is after your attention she with let out a loud yawn to let you know that she is there.
Tilly has been very well socialised and is happy to be around other happy and friendly dogs. She has not been cat tested, but has shown absolutely no interest in smaller dogs at all. Tilly loves children, but like all puppies can get a little over excited and playfully jump up. Tilly is currently being housetrained as she has been allowed to come and go in and out of the house as she pleases.
Tilly sleeps inside of a night and being a puppy has had a few accidents, but when the door is open she knows she needs to use the grass. Tilly really is a sweet natured dog and has no aggression in her at all.
For more information or to meet Tilly, please contact her foster carer Alina on 0497077160 or at claudeshowie@hotmail.com. Tilly is in foster care in Newcastle area, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Tilly’s adoption fee is $450 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
