About Astro
This beautiful boy is approximately 2 years old.
He first came to us quite unwell, suffering from dehydraton and a large infected abscess.
He has since recovered and is doing very well in care, and has no health concerns there.
During this time he has really come out of his shell, and has turned into a very gentle and affectionate cat. He really loves his pats and cuddles. He is quite quiet and just enjoys lazing around.
He seems to do well on his own, but also enjoys the company of having people around.
Astro is a little piggy though, and loves his food time, so regulating his eating is important.
Astro is up to date with his vaccinations, is also microchipped, wormed and flea treated. He has also been desexed.
It would be best that he is kept as an inside cat only.
Medical notes
Astro is FIV positive. This is not currently affecting his quality of life. He is a bright, loving and out-going cat. Many FIV positive cats can live long and happy lives, and be not drastically affected by this.
However because of this, it is important that Astro is kept as a solely indoor cat.
Adoption details
You will first be asked to fill in an application questionnaire before meeting the kittens, to help us understand what sort of cat you may be looking for, and to ensure that your family and the kitten are both a good fit for each other.
If your application is successful we will invite you for a meet and greet with the kitten.
We always encourage people to go home first and have some time to think things through. If everything goes well, then the kittens are able to be rehomed shortly after.
