About Axle ~ Kitten (on trial 19/2/2018)
Axle is named after ginger rocker Axle Rose (not because he's a hell raiser!) because he's such a sweet child. He just loves other furry creatures and would make an ideal companion for another pet or a lucky human.
Axle is playful and gentle, but can be timid at first, so he's best suited to children over 6. Axle has the most beautiful amber eyes that match his soft coat he will grow up to be a very handsome cat. He will return all of your affection you give him with a huge happy purr. Axle is a friendly and healthy boy and be best suited to being an indoor pet. He is also litter trained.
For more information or to meet Axle, please contact his foster carer Tara on 0423 668 499 or email tararescues@gmail.com. Axle is in foster care in Newcastle area, NSW.
Axle’s adoption fee is $250 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and he's been treated for fleas and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
