About Oki & Harnum
Oki - Large male is 14mths old
Harnum - Medium female is 9mths old.
This gorgeous pair are looking for a home together, they're the best of friends and complement each other wonderfully and have a great bond with each other.
Both Oki & Harnum play well with all other dogs, they love the company of other dogs and love doggy play. They do have a noisy way of playing which often sounds like growling but it’s only play. Harnum also loves her ears being chewed on by other dogs, and then chewing on theirs. Oki is also cat friendly and has even fostered a 4 week old abandoned kitten.
Harnum is an excellent swimmer and absolutely loves the water, hose, beach, rain and shows no anxiety in thunder storms. She loves to sleep at the end of the bed when allowed however, if you have a treat in your hand is more than happy to run into her crate and settle down for the night. She loves the car and the window down, so will make the perfect adventure or travel buddy.
Oki loves water, though he is not a good swimmer and if going to the beach or deep waters it is recommended he is bought a floating jacket. He loves the rain and fetching balls when thrown into a clam shell full of water. He is very good when bathing, unless you are trying to use a hose, then he thinks it is play time.
Oki has a lot of love and affection to give and also requires love and affection from his humans.
A sensitive soul he requires a family that will occasionally allow him to sleep at the bottom of the bed (however he has to crawl under the doona from the top) although mostly sleeps in his crate.
Both are crate trained, toilet trained and well socialised. They are full of energy and require a good run at a dog park and minimum an hour walk each day. They know how to sit, high five, go to bed, lie down, wait, and will eat on command. Recall is pretty good, especially with treats.
Harnum will snore, and will lick you endlessly when you’ve returned home from a day’s work but will never cease to make you smile. She will eat anything and everything, ice cubes and carrots are just some of her favourites.
She requires a secure back yard as she is quite a high jumper; minimum 6ft fencing is needed; if interested in any type of agility or dog sport, she’d probably do well in this area. She is good with small children but she doesn’t understand personal space and will try to lick them constantly.
Oki is also good with small children however, he does love to lick everyone, especially if he hasn’t seen them for more than hour. I am sure this behaviour can be corrected. If Oki was to go to a doggy day care he would fit in perfectly and be a star pupil for those that may have a busy work life occasionally.
Oki is a loving, sensitive, caring pup that quickly becomes your best friend and still learning how to use his legs when he runs which makes for a great laugh as he often looks like a foal trying to walk. Everyday he is in your life you will be better for it.
Harnum is an absolute gem of a pup and any family would be so incredibly lucky to have her.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
