Desperate *Libby* Special Needs Girl

Libbys' story is so very very sad. Libby was surrendered to the pound along with her brother when her owner decided he just didn't want to feed them anymore. For libby this is a blessing because although her brother was allowed to roam the yard libby was chained up to a pole and never taken off. The ranger said her faeces was piled knee deep around her and that is how she has lived her whole life. . What a terribly sad existence. Because of this libby is absolutely terrified and just sits cowering in her kennel. Yet she has shown no signs of aggression and is friendly with other dogs. Libby desperately needs an experienced dog person with the time and love to help her become the super dog she could be.
