Hi. I’m Ivan. I’m a beautiful boy and you’ll often find me lying in my water bowl ;) I have so much fun playing with my brothers and sister. And I love cuddles.! Watch out for my habit of nibbling toes - you’ll have to train me out of that. I reckon distracting me with chew toys would do it! I might grow to be on the larger size of medium - mum’s a medium mixed breed and dad’s large. It’s always hard to be sure with rescue pups - but if you teach me things the right way, I’ll be a really good dog.

Wanna know more about how you teach a pup to be a great dog? I’d like daily training so that I learn and practice the commands of sit, stay, come, down, no, stop and leave it; and so I always obey what you tell me to do. Consistent, clear boundaries will mean that I always know the right way to behave. And of course, socializing with lots of people, dogs and other animals is important too. Getting out and about to exercise at least once a day is vital for dogs as it stimulates our brains and bodies, creates opportunities for us to socialise and tires us out. It stops us from creating mischief at home!!!!

A few hours flying is absolutely worth it for remotely located animals if it means we have the opportunity to be adopted. My airfare to Perth is $150 thanks to SAFE and QANTAS, and I can fly elsewhere in Australia too.
