About Kong
*NO MORE APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED DUE DO THE VOLUME RECEIVED* Move over Boo, there’s a new bear in town. This Insta-famous worthy little black bear is absolutely adorable in every way.
He is human focused and follows you everywhere you go. Although he is social with people and will stand quietly for a pat, he really loves his chosen person.
Kong is fantastic with other dogs big and small and shows great tolerance.
This perfect little boy was also brought up around children and is quiet and respectful around them. If he is rehomed with kids they must be old enough to extend him the same courtesy. Schipperkes are often drawn to kids and although he is crossed with a Pomeranian, he retains many Schipperke traits.
If you are lucky, Kong will give you a silly submissive smile. Sometimes one lip goes up revealing a crooked smile and other times he will crinkle up his nose and display his full set of pearly whites. If you’re super lucky this display will be accompanied by little Ewok noises.
It is important to understand that this is not aggression but quite the opposite. This is a sign of submission. Kong doesn’t have a bone of aggression in his body.
Kong, at barely two years of age, is a young dog who will need to receive daily excercise and mental stimulation. He has transitioned beautifully from an outside dog to an inside dog. I have toilet trained him to about 80% in two weeks. He is a fast learner and with the right supervision he will be reliable inside in no time.
This boy is quite unique in appearance. Kong has a mix of Schipperke and Pomeranian coats. This means that he probably blows his coat twice a year which leaves a lot of long, spiky guard hairs and a soft undercoat, parts of which are lighter in colour. He also has a bob tail, which looks like it has been docked. This is because Schipperkes are often born without tails. Further, he has a lovely athletic structure with a bouncy prance and fast sprint. He would make a great performance dog.
Kong is good off-lead at the park and walks well on-lead without pulling.
If you think you have what it takes to offer this splendid creature an amazing life please see the application instructions below.
Medical notes
Kong has a clean bill if health. He is fit and active with no medical problems.
Adoption details
Please email me a little bit about yourself. I do not operate on a first-in-best-dressed basis. Instead, my aim is to find the most suitable forever home for the animals in my care.

It should include details about your previous dogs and a thorough break down of the house rules you will have for this pet as well as what their typical day will look like.
