About Skip
Ears, Ears and more ears! Skip is a Huntaway x born on the 1st March, 2017 who is so looking forward to settling into his forever home and being loved forever.
Little Skip enjoys life to the fullest and been he is bouncing around playing, his ears have a mind of their own .... it has been said he looks like the flying nun about to take off!
He very much enjoys getting out and about and he has very nice lead manners - although in his excitement to be out exploring the world, he can pull a little - but he does quickly settle. We believe in a home environment with a regular routine, this will improve even more. We have included 3 x free training lessons in his adoption fee to help with his continued improvement.
Skip loves to make new doggy friends and he gets along great with dogs of all sizes. Because of his fun loving nature, he is prone to chasing chickens and pocket pets - while he doesn't show any aggression towards them, but more enjoys the thrill of the chase, we do not believe that he should be rehomed with chickens or pocket pets in residence.
He shows no sign of food aggression or seperation anxiety and while he doesn't seem to startle easily, we would recommend that he be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks to ensure his safety.
Skip plays beautifully with others and with his toys and is a total sweetheart to have in your company. He will happily amuse himself while you need to be away from him and when you are home, will trot around with you while you go about your day, ready to settle in for some cuddles and belly rubs once the day is done.
He is a bundle of fun and energy and he will require regular exercise.
Skip would love to find a home where he is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. This incredibly handsome young man will make a loyal companion and wonderful addition to a lucky family.
Skip's adoption fee is $430 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Skip is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
