About Mack D0480 adopted 21/2/18
Mack is a lovely middle aged dog. He doesn't jump up and is a fairly calm chap who is not destructive or a digger, so your yard and home are safe! Mack is seeking a home where he can be a companion dog as he loves people and children and doesn't enjoy being left home alone all day. He enjoys daily walks and generally walks pretty well on lead although will try to follow his nose to interesting smells sometimes, or to sniff other dogs, so will need a little lead work.
SUITABILITY WITH DOGS AND CATS
Mack seems to like cats. He has previously been briefly in a home with a cat and they got along really well, even playing together. He can be a bit choosy with dogs especially if in his yard, so will need controlled introductions, eg a nice walk out together before letting the dogs say hello to each other. He may prefer female dogs and also not be overly keen on big male dogs.
SUITABILITY WITH CHILDREN
Mack gets on well with children. He is a gentle dog and not too excitable.
