About Jemima -On Hold
Jemima (on hold) is a beautiful girl that has been rescued from the pound. She is being a fantastic mother, and will only be ready for her new home when she has weaned her babies. Jemima came in a dreadful state, and was very close to death before being rescued. She was terrified of humans, but we have gained her trust in the short time she has spent with us, and she now happily hops over to recieve a treat, and loves her pats. Jemima does not like to be picked up and carried, as she is obviously not at all used to this. Most rabbits prefer to keep their paws on the ground, so an owner who understands this is preferred. To read about jemima and her babies upon their arrival to rescue, please see our "rescue stories" page on our website. We would like to see jemima desexed before going to her new home, to ensure she is not used for breeding again. If you would like to help afford this once she has weaned her babies, we would really appreciate a small donation to help cover the costs. We are hoping to raise $70. . If you can provide jemima with a very special home in the future, we would love to hear from you! please contact us through our adoption enquiry form, available from our website at www.
