About Stella
Hello, my name is Stella! I'm a five-month-old Australian Cattle Dog mix. My foster family love me dearly and I love them. I have a passion for life, I love unconditionally, and am always up for a bit of fun! I am very loyal and stay close to my foster mum when we are out. Since coming into care my foster family has given me everything I need: regular exercise, fun games and stimulation, good food, a whole lot of love, my very own sleeping spot and going out in the car! I love going out in the car. We usually end up at the off-leash dog oval or the river! At the off-leash dog oval I like to run with my foster buddies and at the river, I get to swim and fetch the ball. You know, I learned to swim while in care, and I love it! My foster family has also introduced me to cats, they're cool. I like cats. I like all the dogs I know, but would just like a bit of time to get to know others I am unfamiliar with. I have been practicing my inside the house manners whilst in care and have almost worked out this toilet training thing. I'd love to spend my time inside the house with my forever family, so I need a family that'll help me master toilet training. I have nailed the sit command and will sit every time (well, almost) my foster mum asks.
My foster mum thinks I'll stay quite compact in size but, but who knows! What she does know though is with the perfect forever family I will continue to shine.
Stella is a delightful young lady and would ideally suit a relaxed, easy going family. She will only blossom further with the love and companionship a perfect forever family could offer. Stella is desexed, vaccinated, wormed and flea free. She is currently being cared for in Echuca which is three hours north of Melbourne.
