About Lucy
Hi! My name is Lucy and everyone tells me I am a sweetheart! I am eager to please and desperate for cuddles and belly rubs. I've met older dogs and humans while I have been in foster care and I've behaved very calmly around them all - although I do get a bit stroppy if another dog gets in my face. My foster mum says that I am doing vey well with learning new commands. Although it seems like I haven't had any formal training yet, I'm a quick learner! I would do really well with a family that could spend some time working on my training with me. Because of my chilled-out personality, I think I could suit families with children or someone looking for a loyal companion. I've experienced sleeping indoors and outdoors and have handled both really well. I'm really good in the house but I'm still a pup so I need to be supervised to make sure I'm not getting into things I shouldn't be! Looks like I will grow into a medium sized dog and you will need a yard with secure fences to keep me safe. I especially love chew toys and bones to keep me occupied, but I think I would prefer a family where I don't have to spend too much time on my own as human company is my favourite thing. I also don't mind being crated when I have to be. I am really looking forward to meeting my new humans!
