About Rocket
This is Rocket and he is a 2 year old Border Collie.
Rocket is just beautiful, gentle, well trained and kind, one of the most amazing dogs I have ever met! He is a dream with kids older and younger and great with cats. He is dog selective, he prefers calmer dogs as the more energetic in your face kind of dogs make him a bit nervous and he does not like it one bit! Rocket could easily be an indoor dog, he scratches at the door to let you know he needs to go to the toilet and is very well trained! He LOVES fetch! I mean love loves it! He found a tennis ball the minute he came into care with us and is super protective of it until you tell him to drop then he instantly goes into play mode!! He is a dream out for walks and loves socializing, The minute you meet him you will fall in love!
Adoption details
Adoption Process
We send out our application to the new potential family and when our forms are returned we start a process called screening. When we have finished our screening and all information that comes back is approved. We do a meet and greet, sometimes more than two. If all parties are happy, we then allow our foster furkid go into your home. After 3 weeks sometimes more, we do a revisit and see how everyone is going, then we change over microchip registration if everything is great.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
