Nero

Meet Nero, a 5 month old male Border Collie cross, like his namesake he is happy for his mother to guide him in the right direction so he can make the right life choices.

Nero is good with other dogs and like to play once he knows them well.

He loves a cuddle & a rub of his belly.

He is good with kids and knows when to be gentle.

Nero is very smart & a quick learner. He can sit and does know drop but that needs some refining. He is learning to walk nicely on the lead as well, he will sit at the kerbside when asked.

His favourite things are squeaky toys, bones, kongs and tug-o-war. He enjoys sitting with his humans and resting his head on your shoulder.

Nero is good at keeping himself occupied by trying and catch moth’s flies & chasing the odd bird. He does like a dig so a sandpit would be great to keep this boy happy and entertained.

He loves the car and going for adventures in it.

Nero is currently in care with cats, but he gets very excited with them so will need continuing work to get him to be calm with them.

He uses a doggy door at his foster home and loves to sleep in his crate.

Nero would be best suited to someone who understands his breed and not a first dog owner. He will benefit from continued training and stimulation.
