AC0696 - Wonton (Eddie)
Breed: Domestic Medium Hair
*His adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment*
Medical Notes: Wonton is FIV positive but negative for Leukaemia. FIV is a virus that can affect his immune system, however, he can still potentially live a long healthy life. FIV is transmitted through deep bite wounds. Due to his FIV, Wonton will need to be an inside only cat or have access to a secure cat run. If you have other cats it is recommended that they are vaccinated against FIV and that you use precaution when introducing them to ensure that they get along without fighting.
Eddie is being treated for Ringworm, which is a common fungal infection. He will be able to go to his new home once given the all clear by the vet.
Eddie is a friendly laid-back cat who enjoys the company of his human carers. He likes to play but is happiest just relaxing. He loves to be patted and purrs to show his affection. Eddie loves all types of food and isn’t fussy although he prefers biscuits over wet food. He loves a cuddle and also loves to curl up somewhere quiet for a sleep. Wonton was given an unfortunate name but this name is on paper only. Being a very cool dude he was affectionately likened to Ed Sheeran with his ginger mane so has been called Eddie since coming into foster care. He definitely likes his name now.
Companions (Children, Dogs & Cats)
Eddie has been introduced to his foster carer's dog and other cats and is not too fazed by them. He should adapt well to most situations given a slow introduction and time to feel safe. He will settle well in most household situations as he is a very relaxed boy.
Likes / Dislikes
Eddie is a gorgeous boy who is ready to move into his forever home. He will make a wonderful companion to the lucky person or family who adopt him. He is happy with his own company but also loves the attention of his foster carers. He is fully litter trained.
