About Dinah
Gorgeous little Dinah is a lovely little pup, who loves to play with her litter-mates and toys, and is very people orientated and snuggly. She is a confident little girl and would be great fun in a family setting. She loves to be part of the action and included in everything. Dinah has been in foster care with her litter and was her foster carer's favorite because of her sweet nature and excellent cuddling skills. She is such a cheerful little dog, and really friendly with everyone.
Dinah comes from the remote north of South Australia in the APY lands. Her mum Mini is a bit of a hero , because she raised her own two puppies and puppies from two other litters too. Mum is a small long dog, and Dinah is a long dog too. A kind couple took the whole little family in and looked after them until they could come to us to raise and re-home. Dinah is full of life and beautifully healthy, all ready to find her own place in the world. We have advertised her as a medium dog but she really isn't very big. Mum is a 10 kg dog, and we expect Dinah to be about her size or maybe a couple of kilos bigger.
Our rescue and rehabilitation work happens in Central Australia, but because of the scarcity of adopters locally, our re-homing operation is in South Australia. Dinah's adoption fee includes crate hire, courier transport by road from Tennant Creek to Alice Springs, and a direct flight from Alice Springs to Adelaide.
Adoption details
We request that prospective adopters email us with an initial enquiry. We will forward an application form. On receipt of the application form, we will make phone contact to discuss the adoption. We try hard to match the dog to the person, ultimately looking for the best fit for the dog. Shipping fees may or may not be included in the adoption fee, and this will be stated in the pet's profile.
