Crackers

Crackers is a one of a kind Pugalier. He is as gentle as a lamb, outgoing and playful.

Crackers loves to retrieve his ball, but doesn’t discriminate and will run to catch twigs and even tree bark. He especially loves to do this when items are thrown into water and will paddle with all his goofy might to reach the item before it sinks.

Crackers is such a cuddle monster and wants to lay on top of you as often as he can. He adores having his velveteen ears played with as he falls into a snory slumber.

He is a sensitive soul who loves to be near his people and is intensely loyal to those he considers family. This can be problematic as he becomes quite sad and lonely when left behind. Therefore, he will need someone that can be home with him the majority of the time. These are downfalls of undying love and adoration.

Crackers does get along with other dogs, but does not like rambunctious dogs that pester him constantly or get in his face. Thus, he would suit a home with another calm, easy-going companion.

Although Crackers is gentle with kids, he tends to be overwhelmed by their often loud unpredictability and would do best in a home with older kids who will interact with him in a courteous manner.

Crackers is toilet trained and knows how to sit. He can walk well off lead at the park and does not stray. He does need further work to stop him from pulling like a steam train against his lead!

Crackers loves car rides and will stick his little head out the window while his ears flap in the passing wind.

This boy is pretty much the perfect companion whose only fault is that he loves his people too deeply. At the age of eight, he is active, sprightly and in good health and has many years ahead of him to share with you.
