About Ristretto
Looking for a new best friend? Look no further!
Ristretto is a very sweet, bright eyed and bushy tailed little boy. He is an absolutely beautiful dog who is very affectionate with his people. Snuggling up close to you on the lounge is one of his favourite things, but any attention, pats or cuddles will be gratefully recieved. He sometimes shows you how much he likes it with a gentle little lick too. Ristretto loves to be with his people and is very social with the people he knows. Being by your side makes him a very happy little boy.
In care, he is living with two other small dogs and has always lived with another small doggy companion. He is very friendly with other small dogs and he loves to have a bit of a wrestle and game with his foster brothers. Ristretto thoroughly enjoys getting out for his daily walk. He has lovely lead manners and will require a daily lead walk, around 30 minutes, to keep him healthy and happy.
Ristretto is an inside dog who is house trained and well mannered in the house. He is a quiet boy who is not a barker. He has basic training and is very patient when he is waiting to be fed. He will just sit, watch and wait for his dinner. Ristretto likes to be close to you at night time, especially when settling into a new environment. In his foster home he sleeps on the end of the bed on his mat and doesn’t move until morning.
We are looking for a home where Ristretto will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities. He must have someone who is home most of the time to give him the companionship he loves, and it would also be ideal if there was another small friendly dog to be a mate. Ristretto needs to be allowed inside and requires a warm bed to sleep on inside at night close to his humans. A quieter home is needed for this little boy as he can still be a bit timid in nature. So no young kids would be best and he will require someone with patience to give him some settling in time when he goes to his new home. Whoever adopts this gorgeous boy will find that he is an absolute delight to have around and a wonderful addition to the household.
