About Boro **Adopted**
**ADOPTED**
Boro is an elderly gentleman. He is very sweet and loves attention but is quite confused at the moment as his owner passed away and he was left in the house for a few days before being found. Boro has only ever been with his owner and is finding new environments a bit overwhelming at the moment but he has adjusted quite quickly and is relaxed once he gets to know you and his environment.
Boro gets along well with other dogs both big and small. We are unsure about cats but he is probably to slow to bother them. Boro is currently on a diet as he is quite overweight and losing some kilos will make him feel much more comfortable.
Boro would be best suited to a home with older children as younger children can startle him.
Boro is used to being an inside/outside dog and is very loyal to his humans once he gets to know you. Boro would be best in a new home where someone is around often, but copes well if there's a TV or radio left on.
Medical notes
Boro has a grade 4 heart murmur. He is not currently showing any symptoms of this and his weight is more of an issue at the moment. The vets have just stated that this is something which may need monitoring moving forward. As he is 15 years old, he really just needs a retirement home where he can be loved and live out his days devoting his time to his owner and sleeping on a comfy bed. Other than the heart murmur, Boro is a healthy boy for his age.
