About Sully *Limited Time Valentines $50 Adoption Fee*
Sully is looking for a special forever home ❤️
Guess what? My foster Mum said I'm ready to start looking for my forever home, I'm so excited and scared at the same time. She said anyone who wants to be my Mum or Dad should read below carefully, and that everyone should share this post to help me find my home. Thanks!" Love Sully xx
Super cutie Sully is indeed ready to find his new best friend, but he's a very special guy, so his new people will need to be pretty special too.
He loves affection, pats, scratches, brushing, massages, you name it. He becomes a big purr machine and will give you kisses of appreciation.
Sully gets on fantastically with other cats, he lives with 5 other cats in foster care and tries super hard to become besties with everyone. He's not lived with a dog, but I'm sure a calm friendly dog would be a fine friend for him too.
As some will know, Sully has had a very difficult life to date, and it's taken him a long time and a lot of work to become the lovable lad he's becoming today. So things you should know...
1) He is still a bit skittish, loud noises or sudden movements will send him running. He now recovers quickly and remembers everythings ok, he just needs reminding.
2) He is not suitable to a house that has children or is anything other than a pretty quiet, relaxed home. A nice older person/people would be perfect for Sully.
3) He will need a confident cat person, he gets his confidence from his people, he will look to you when unsure for assurance. So basically if he gets a fright he needs someone to call out "You're ok buddy" and he'll be fine. If you panic, he panics....then everybody's panicking over nothing.
4) He does NOT like to be picked up, we are working on this. Sully does not have a mean bone in his body and would never be aggressive or anything, but a lot of people like carrying cats around, hence why I'm mentioning it, Sully's not your guy if that's the case.
5) While he doesn't sleep on laps or beds in foster care, I believe he will become a bed snuggler, he really does crave affection a lot but there's too much competition for bed space in his foster home.
6) He must be a strictly indoor cat. We will not consider applications that will allow him outside. Due to his past, he must be kept in side at all times.
