Julius

Say hello to Julius, the little kelpie pup looking for his perfect home. At only 13 weeks of age, this little guy has lots to learn and his whole life ahead of him.

Julius loves lots of cuddles with his people and wants to be with them all the time! He's also incredibly smart, already knowing how to sit, wait for his food and he has just started learning how to walk on a lead!

He has been well socialised with other dogs and children although he may do better in a home with older kids as he does have a sensitive nature.

Julius comes from good working lines, so will be an active and intelligent dog when he matures. He needs a home that is committed to giving him what he needs, whether that is farm work, agility training or another doggy sport. He would fit in to most lifestyles although he is not suited to a home where is alone for long periods of time, and may do well on a hobby farm with the right guidance. It is very important that his new family continue to invest time into his training and building his confidence in a positive way. He would do well with gentle but firm training, as he is not as confident as his brother when trying new things.
