Hi my name is Axel, I am a friendly boy that loves a good pat and a belly rub. Unfortunately my previous owners did not have time for me so I was left alone all the time which made me very sad :(
I would love to go to a forever home with owners who would take me for walks and give me lots of pats and be part of the family. Ideally an adult family or one with older children as I have not had much attention so I do get excited when I see people.
With regular love and attention I will be eager to please my new family and would cherish the opportunity to have a home that will love me.
I have lived with children who are now 6 & 8 yrs. old but they didn’t play with me which was sad. I love water but I’m very scared of thunder & lightning like many dogs are.
I’m very strong and will need to go to obedience school to learn how to walk on the lead properly and to socialise with other dogs.
I’m waiting to get my behavioural assessment so I will update my profile when that is done.
