Devon...Cat friendly

Devon is a very active, super excitable 1 yr old Terrier x. He is currently in foster care with 2 small dogs, 1 large dog and 2 cats(he will chase if they run but only because he wants to play) and gets on well with them all.
He is toilet trained, sleeps inside all night and loves to chase a ball. He would definitely benefit from some formal training to ensure he has good manners.
Devon would love to live with another similar age and active dog who he could play with all day and then relax with your family at night. He would also need someone who is home a lot or works from home as he loves human company.
