Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Shizune
My name is Shizune and I'm a little bundle of joy, according to my foster family! I'm growing fast and learning lots of stuff about the world. Foster mum has also started teaching me some basic commands so I'll be a good dog when I'm bigger.
I'm an active, happy lad, and I love to play! Here's me getting into it with my dolphin toy: https://www.facebook.com/tylee.pippen/videos/a.10213763720744444.1073741876.1149033472/10213914445432467/?type=3
**We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry-dogs. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile.**
MY IDEAL HOME: I would adore a home where there's plenty going on and I'm given indoor access, ideally, as I love to explore! A bunch of toys big and small will be essential to keep me physically healthy and mentally stimulated.
I'd also love to have a variety of laps to sleep on, as I really enjoy a good snuggle!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: It varies from super energetic to too pooped to move! I'm still growing, so my energy levels may change.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Children are awesome! I regularly spend time with two toddlers who are helping me learn to be gentle. There are two human teenagers that I love to hang out with as well, cause they play a great game of tug-o-war.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I'm currently living with three cats and I like them a lot. I do get a bit too excited sometimes, but thankfully they're very patient with me!
There are also two big dogs in my foster home - they're a bit intimidating but I'm definitely curious, and would love to play with them some day soon, when I build up the courage!

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at http://www.maggiesrescue.org/adoption-enquiry-dogs. Please use this link rather than the 'find out more' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.
Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
Your pet is a Maggie's Pet for Life, please consider this before adopting.
