Boss

"Boss is a beautiful old boy who doesn't ask for much in life. A comfy bed, a good scratch under the chin and some food to fill his belly. He keeps to himself most of the day, happy to spend his time curled up on a comfy bed in the sun or on a cosy chair indoors. In the evenings he likes to be close to his people (preferably on the couch next to you with his head in your lap). He would suit a home with a slow paced life. He loves to get outside but only needs a short slow walk once daily. He gets on well with female dogs but isn't great with male dogs and needs a home without young children. Boss was severely neglected in his earlier life so he does have some skin issues. These are currently treated with steroids once daily and weekly baths. He needs a family who is willing to tend to those issues but he happily takes his medication in his dinner so it doesn't require much extra effort. Boss is a beautiful soul who has had a really hard run in life. He is looking for a family who can give him a slow calm home and lots of love and affection. He will repay you in kind."

Beautiful Boss was rescued from the pound after he was found starved and neglected in a yard with 2 other dogs.

A year on life has been really good but we are now looking for a forever home. He is a Labrador x Sharpei. Great with female dogs.

He is a lovely boy that needs love and care.
