Dez & Zali (Bonded Pair)

Dez & Zali were surrendered into care together and they are the best of friends! How could we separate BFF's.....they are currently in care with a number of other dogs, cats and also a rabbit (who Zali is quite fascinated with & probably not in a good way). They have had daily exposure to young children and although they weren't around kids in their previous home, they are absolutely perfect with the little ones.

Although nothing much seems to faze Dez, Zali can get a little obsessed with the pocket pets (birds, cats, rabbits etc), so a home without those, would be ideal. One thing that Dez is obsessed about, is water! He loves it....and there is nothing he loves better than chasing water coming out of the hose :)

Hanging out inside with the family is new to these 2, so they are both learning the process of toilet training and where to do their business. They are crate trained at night and will happily sleep snuggled up together in their bed until morning.

Dez is more devoted to his humans than Zali....Dez loves to snuggle with his humans and lap up the attention, while Zali is normally too busy in the garden, checking out what's in her yard and always on a hunt for something. Amazingly, neither of them are big barkers either....of course, they will let you know when they hear a strange sound or someone is at the door, but that just makes them great little watch dogs. They are not boredom barkers :)

Previously, Dez & Zali were in a home where their owner worked all the time and missed out on lots of quality time with their humans, so we would love to see them find a home where they get to experience what it feels like to be part of a family. It wouldn't matter too much if they were in a home where their owners worked during the day or part time, as long as the afternoons and evenings were spent with the family and a home with children would be perfect :)
