Hi my name is Romeo and I really am the most smoochy and affectionate boy. I am a little bit shy and cautious but once I know you we will have the best cuddles.

My carer says that I am a little bit ‘special’ as I when I get confused I sort of walk in circles and can’t think where to go but the vet said that I am really well in myself, I’m just a bit different. Part of my ‘specialness’ means that I can jump up on things but I can’t always jump down because I am a bit frightened of the height, so you may need to help me. I also like to know where you are and could worry if I can’t find you.

I am a really gentle boy and very quiet in temperament but sometimes I do like to have a chat. I also like to play but not loads – I would much rather lie in your lap or arms and have lots of kisses – I am a very gentle soul.

My perfect home would have to be a quieter one with not too much going on so that I didn’t get overwhelmed, otherwise I tend to look for a quieter place in the house. I do love company though so someone at home most of the time would be great, and I could lie on your lap and purr contentedly.

I would have to be an indoor cat all the time so that you could keep me safe as my responses are not as fast as other kitties and I may not be able to escape from danger or jump down from high places. So if you are looking for a gentle companion to shower with affection and give you as much and more back, I could fit right in.
