Hello! I’m Oscar. I’m a wee, devoted, home loving fella. I’m staying in a great foster home with a young family, but the best thing about it is being with Foster Mum. Foster Dad is very nice to me, but I am generally very scared of men, especially those wearing hi-vis gear. I would dearly love a home with a lady - someone who is home a lot, who’ll enjoy my companionship and take me on outings with her and - this is really important - won’t mind me following her around 24/7. I know there will be occasions when you’ll have to go out without me. I’ll bark and whinge when you first leave home, but I’ll eventually settle and calm down. I don’t even mind having to share you with another small dog, so long as they’re not too in my face. And if you have visiting children, I’ll quite like that too.

Even though I’m so little, I’m very good at jumping, so you’ll need to have secure fences. I’m learning not to jump up on people. I’m learning about walking on a lead too - it’s very new to me. I hope you’ll be patient and teach me lots of things. I’d like to make you very proud of me. I like to have a little play with the toddler’s toys, too ;)

Flying to my new home is absolutely worth it for remotely located animals like me if it means I have the opportunity to be adopted. Flights to Perth for dogs are capped at $150 thanks to QANTAS, and I can fly elsewhere in Australia too.
