About Griffin ~ Mini Foxy X (on trial 22/12/2017)
Are you looking for excitement? Someone to play games with? A lap warmer? A bed pal? Someone to put a smile on your face? If you answered yes, then Griffin is the boy for you.
Amber eyed Griffin is a tiny 3kg Mini Foxy X, 6 months old, looking for just that person. Griffin is very active, very loving, he is still a baby and needs someone to continue his training. Griffin is currently living with two Labradors and after initial misgivings he gets on well with them and loves playing with them. Griffin isn't a barker, but he will often talk to you.
Griffin is house trained, using a doggy door. He hasn't been tested with cats or pockets pets. He will stay when asked & is learning to sit. He is looking for his forever family, one who will take him for walks, throw soft toys, play tug with toys, play chasings through the house, and snuggle up with him when the sun goes down.
Griffin is not an escape artist, but of course, as with any Dog Rescue Newcastle babe, he will need secure fencing. So, if you answered yes to the original questions, what are you waiting for?
For more information or to meet Griffin, please contact his foster carer Anne on anne4drn@gmail.com. Griffin is in foster care in Singleton, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Griffin’s adoption fee is $500 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
