About Tayberry (CaV17-183)
Hi I'm Tayberry! Do you know what a tayberry is? It's a super sweet fruit but it's really rare. Go on, you know you want to Google it :) I'll give you a minute.
Okay, so I'm named after a tayberry for a few reasons. Mainly because I'm ever so sweet, totally irresistible and you just can't get enough of me. Also I'm kind of rare because I'm a female ginger kitty and you don't see us around that often (gingers are usually boys!)
I have been in foster care since i was born because my mumma was a stray cat who ended up in the pound then gave birth to my brother and I later. When we were only a few days old, my amazing mumma also adopted an orphaned kitten so I have grown up with a brother AND a sister. It was pretty cool.
Now I'm almost ready to find a loving home all of my own. I love to play and explore. I'm inquisitive, adventurous and talkative. I'm shy of new people at first but I love you once I know you. When you hold me it's like I have velcro on my feet and won't let go of you. I am good around other cats and I will adjust to living with dogs if you give me a slow and sensible introduction. I love toys and climbing too!
Although I'm 7 weeks old, I'm still not eating solid foods! My mumma makes amazing milk you see :) My brother is eating food and I'm almost there. But this means that I might be a little bit further away from coming to your home cos I have to learn how to eat first! So I think I will be ready just before New Years, but it might be earlier than that if my foster mum can convince me to start munching away.
If you want twice as much cuteness in your life, adopt me with my bro Boysenberry!
*LOCATED IN NORTHAM BUT CAN TAKE TO PERTH FOR MEETS*
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely animals. We love them all and we hope you will too.
If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
