Hi, my name is Bruce and I desperately need your help. Unfortunately I find myself homeless through no fault of my own and it is something I really don't like. I sorely miss being an integral part of a loving family and it is something I am yearning for once again. I'm still young-- a mid-size dog, roughly knee height. I weigh about 25 kilos.

I am extremely friendly and sociable and I love getting out and meeting people and other dogs. I also am very well-behaved around children. I have already learnt a few necessary doggie skills which are bound to impress you. I love being indoors with my human family, but I am fully aware that when I need to go to the toilet I must go outside. I’ll come and let you know when I need to go. I can “sit” on command and I can also “stay” and “wait” when told. I love going for walks and am very well-behaved whilst on the lead.

One of my favourite games is “fetch”. I absolutely love to fetch the ball after you have thrown it, and will bring it back every time so that we can do it again and again and again and again! Being young, I can get a bit distracted sometimes (1 out of 10) when I am off the lead and I might not come back immediately when you call me. This however is something that I am prepared to work on with you. I’ll pretty much do anything for a treat or reward, so I am sure this is something I can learn very quickly.

I have often heard of something called “cats”, but honestly, as I have never seen one of them I am not sure whether I will like them or not.

I also love to roll around on the grass so hopefully you will have a nice patch of lawn in the backyard where we can roll around and play together.

I really need someone to make me a part of their family, and in return I will give you no end of unconditional love, companionship, loyalty and many, many happy times together.
