About Jax *On Trial in His New Home*
*JAX IS CURRENTLY TRIALING HIS NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Meet Jax, he’s a 37 kilo hunk of American Staffy spunk who’s looking for a fun-loving forever home who will give him the attention he deserves; will it be with you?
Jax is a super friendly young Staffy who puts 110% enthusiasm into everything he does, from greeting his beloved humans to playing in the yard! He’s your typical affectionate, human loving Staffy who thrives on pats and attention! He does get excited when he first sees you and can jump up but he soon settles and is quite chilled out. We would recommend a home with school age children or older with some dog experience as he may accidentally bowl the littlies over with his playful exuberance! Jax enjoys playing with his toys and he’s always up for a game of tug-o-war or some rough and tumble with anyone who wants to join in.
Handsome Jax gets along well with other dogs and wouldn’t mind sharing his forever home with a like-minded female especially if you’ll be away at work for most of the day. We’re not sure how Jax is with cats so a cat-free home is the go.

Loveable Jax sits well on command especially when there are treats involved and being food-orientated it makes it easier for training. He is smart and seems to figure things out quite quickly especially when they benefit him! He is great on a lead using his Gentle Leader and he loves getting out and about. Jax is not licky and only barks for a reason making him a good watchdog.
Jax has always been an outside dog though given that Staffies are happiest inside with their family and they shed little hair, we’d like to see him having more of an indoor / outdoor lifestyle in his forever home, so he can be part of the household goings on.
Secure fencing, bones to chew on and lots of love will make Jax very happy indeed!

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
