About Boomer(rang)
Meet Boomer! Boomer(rang) is a HIGH-energy 9 week old Kelpie x Bull Arab pup. He is a confident, adventurous, bouncy and loving boy who loves to chase. Boomer will grow to be medium sized dog.
Boomer was separated from his mum at only 6 weeks old, however through living with 3 of his siblings, 4 older puppies and 3 adult dogs, he has certainly learnt those valuable social skills pups would otherwise learn from their mum.
He is also being handled by different people and children of various ages, which is essential for his development and confidence building, and will be essential to continue in his new home so he can grow to be a well-socialised adult.
Boomer will require an active family with at least one desexed, balanced and equally active adult dog to learn from and keep him company when left alone. He is very active, so ensuring this boy gets enough physical and mental stimulation as he grows will be essential in preventing boredom and the development of destructive behaviours. He loves having something to do.
Boomer may benefit from going to regular obedience classes to help socialise him with both people and dogs in a controlled and safe environment, helping him to become a happy, confident and obedient adult dog.
As Boomer matures, he would definitely benefit from some sort of side activity, such as hiking, agility, swimming etc.
If you would like to learn more about this energetic boy, we would love to hear from you!
Boomer is located in Ballarat.
**Puppies are always highly sought after, so please be patient while we work our way through enquiries as quickly as we can.
Medical notes
Boomer will be vaccinated at 10 weeks, before leaving for his new home.
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
