About Nala
This girl needs a special home !!!
Nala is a 12 to 18month old Maremma with a beautiful yet shy personality. Once she has gained your trust she is the most special little white fluffy you could imagine. She loves nothing more than to creep up behind you and touch your face with her nose... her own little sign of affection. She is very gentle and loves pats and belly rubs, and a good game of chase.
She has an unknown history which has led to her being quite shy and wary of new people and environments so she will need a loving patient family who can win her trust and love her into the amazing dog she is already showing she is!
She is initially wary of males but has no problems with them once she trusts them.
Nala is small for her breed and doesnt bark very much however will need ongoing training in her new home to help her learn to bark at real threats and not perceived threats. She is very well behaved and is toilet trained and has basic training however often doesnt come when called due to her timid nature. A family with maremma knowledge or experience would be ideal but not required.
Nala will need a home with good fencing. She loves walks and enjoys the beach...just the sand not the waves. 😂
Nala is currently living with 2 large dogs and gets along with them very well... she loves to play but is not a high energy dog. She could suit a home with children over 5 but hasnt spent any time with younger children to know if they're a good fit.
There is so much more about this special little girl than what we can fit on this page... please message for more information.
Nala is in forster care at Toukley NSW central coast

Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
