About Alley
** Expression of Interest **
We are looking for people who would be interested in adopting little Alley. Alley was one of 3 dogs surrendered to us by her owner as unwanted. When she arrived, she was in light body condition, had demodex mites and suffered significant hair loss. She was extremely frightened and would hide under her bed.
Three weeks later - Alley had vet treatment and some extra special care and has come out of her shell.
She is still a little reserved and introverted - but as each day passes, her friendship barriers are slowly eroding. She is a completely different personality when playing with her canine brother - very playful and outgoing. We can see her potential - it will just take a little bit of time to draw her out.
Alley still has some follow up treatment to go before she can go to her new home, but we have been told by the vet that she is not contagious and will not transmit anything to either humans or animals.
Alley deserves the right home - a family that will love and care for her and help her reach her full potential. Are you the right person?
All adoptions include a vet consultation, desexing, vaccination, microchipping, NSW lifetime registration, flea and worm treatment.
Please call Gilgandra Shire Council on (02) 6817 8800 during business hours to discuss adoption. We can help you organise any transport - or maybe come and visit central-west NSW - it's a beautiful spot in Australia.

Medical notes
Alley is under treatment for demodex mites with Simparica - administered as a chew once per month. She is not contagious and will not transmit the mite to other animals or humans.
