Rusty (BnD297)

A VERY special boy!

- Rusty is an amazing, happy boy who has adjusted really well to losing a leg following an accident.
- He loves people and gets on well with other dogs.
- He travels well in the car, loves his walks, especially on the beach. Walking in the water is good for him, but he can still be a little bit wary, so some work is still required – which roast chicken will certainly help with!
- He is very inquisitive and loves nothing better on his walks than to take a breather and watch the world go by.
- While Rusty is very good with children, those under 4 or 5 years of age may be a bit too robust for him, so caution would be required.
- Rusty has had limited exposure to cats and did not over react, but again caution is recommended.
- His disability does require management, which includes home physiotherapy, limitations on his exercise, weight control, natural supplements to his diet etc. All aspects are easily manageable and will help to form a tight bond with a very special boy.
