About Charlie
LOCATION: HERVEY BAY, QLD
Getting a photo of Charlie is hard work as he seems to be perpetually in motion. If you are looking for an intelligent, energetic dog this is the boy for you. Charlie loves to run, jump, and play. He is learning his commands and practising his lead walking. He loves meeting and playing with new dogs and he has learnt to respect the resident cats (they scratch your nose!) If you are interested in meeting Charlie you will need to ensure you have adequate fencing to ensure his safety, and be able to provide lots of interaction and exercise to curb his puppy behaviours.Charlie loves people and attention and would love to find his forever home. If you can give dear Charlie the loving home he seeks, please get in touch!
Medical notes
Charlie has been micro-chipped. Transfer of details upon adoption.
Adoption details
Fraser Coast Animal Rescue house all our dogs in care with foster carers in family homes. This allows the dogs to experience life in family situations with other dogs, cats, children, chooks and various other domestic animals. This gives us an opportunity to evaluate their traits and personalities, likes and dislikes, and which dogs would suit which family dynamics.
We offer a 14 day trial period for all potential adoptees so they can see if the dog they have chosen is a fit with their family. There is a $50 refundable deposit paid on the commencement of the trial period, which comes off the balance of the adoption fee should you wish to formally adopt your chosen dog. If you decide that the dog doesn't fit in with your family, the dog will be returned into foster care, and the full balance of the deposit is refunded to you with no fees or charges.
If you wish to arrange a meet and greet with one of our dogs in care, please call Dianne on 0400346347 or email dianne.north@hotmail.com
The committee and carers of Fraser Coast Animal Rescue are all volunteers, so please be patient with us if we don't answer your enquiries straight away.
