About Belle *On Trial in Her New Home*
*BELLE IS CURRENTLY TRIALING HER NEW HOME - NO MORE ENQUIRIES/APPLICATIONS PLEASE* Hi all, my name is Belle and I am soooooo excited to meet you! I just LOVE new people and always give the biggest bum wiggle I can when I meet them! I am looking for a fun-loving forever home who will give me all the love and attention that I deserve; I hope that it is with you!
I was adopted from the pound when I was a pup and they said I’m a Red Heeler cross; you can tell because I have the most gorgeous red spots on my nose and paws! But no one knows what I am crossed with which I reckon makes me even more special! The family who adopted me say that it’s not my fault, but I need to find a new family who has more time for me so that I’m not so lonely……not that I mind being alone, but having friends around is always much more fun!
I love spending time with other dogs, I don’t mind how big or little they are! In fact there are a lot of things I love! Playing with friends, toys, snoozing in the sun and of course a big juicy bone each day. Oh and I love kids! I have met lots of kids with some as young as 4 years old. I am pretty gentle, however I get a bit excited when people first come and can be a little bit jumpy - I just want to kiss them all over! So a home with older kids might be best for me so that I don’t accidentally knock them over. I am all about the play, play and some more play! But my family also say that I am “cruisey” as I am happy to sit on my mat and I settle really easily after the initial excitement!
Here is some video of me: https://youtu.be/4hmP2LvfZCg
I have learnt lots of new tricks in my home. I absolutely love food and my family say I am very easy to train with treats! I know how to sit, I am good on the lead (except I might pull a little at the start, I am just so excited!), I will go to my mat if you tell me to and point, I have great recall and always stay by my family’s side and I am toilet trained too! I love being inside with my family and sleeping on my mat so I truly want to keep doing this in my new home. I never really bark either. Instead when someone comes to visit I stick my head out the gate for a big ol’ pat! I’m all about the pats and love!
I am not fazed by much, I am happy to sit by myself or join in on some fun! I just go with the flow. So if you’ve got the fun-loving home I so wanna be a part of then please download and complete a SARG Dog Adoption Application form by following this link: http://www.sarg.net.au/adopt-a-pet/

Adoption details
Please Note: SARG and our animals for adoption are located in Mildura in North-West Victoria.
Our adoption process commences with completing an Application form which you'll find at: www.sarg.net.au
The Application is then reviewed, references checked and a yard check done, then, if there are no issues, a meet and greet is organised. If all goes well the last stage is a 28 day home-trial to make sure that everyone is happy.
If the trial is successful our “stray” is then officially considered adopted and the microchip transferred into the new owners name.
If anything goes wrong SARG will always take back one of our animals :)
