About Jazz ~ Labrador x Shepherd (on trial 3/12/2017)
AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION: Jazz
Introducing Jazz a 9 year old Labrador x Shepherd girl.
Jazz has found herself in care through no fault of her own following the death of her owner and having no other family members to care for her.
Jazz is a very easy going dog who would happily fit into any lifestyle on offer, either in a single dog family or with a couple of doggy playmates. She currently sleeps in a kennel on the verandah but would also love to be an inside dog with her new family.
She is a very well mannered girl, loves her morning walks and is good on a lead. Jazz is in very good health. Despite her age she has heaps of energy and loves having a game with her two doggy companions. She also loves kids.
Jazz would love to find her forever home before Christmas and would be a wonderful addition to any family!
For more information or to meet Jazz, please contact his foster carer Julie on 0419986190 or email jsw42229@bigpond.net.au. Jazz is in foster care in Mulbring (Hunter Valley), NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Jazz’s adoption fee is $200 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
