Hi there, my name is Zoe. If you're looking for a laid back independent dog....well maybe I'm the girl for you. I'm pretty happy to chill out in the back yard....on a nice comfy bed and watch the world go by. I would love to have a walk every day to keep me fit and healthy and a nice meaty bone to chew on at the end of my day sounds like a pretty good life.
I was quite worried when I first arrived at the shelter but Ive met some really great guys who have helped me to overcome my fears and settle into this new routine. What I'm trying to say is that blokes just make me feel secure and safe. So without being too forward... I'm looking for a nice man to take me home and give me the love I think I deserve.
I have had some training but you may just need to remind me every so often. Or you can teach me some cool new tricks...Im a quick learner as long as you have some yummy treats for me.
I'm not too sure around other dogs...they're noisy and they smell...and sometimes they bark at me and I get frightened. I do best when there are not many dogs and they are far away. I would need to be the only dog in your household.
I would not suit a family of small children - I think I like the bigger ones....about 12 yrs and up if that's ok.
