About Bonnie
Bonnie is just the most gorgeous staffy girl. She is fabulous with children. She has been fostered in a house of two boisterous boys aged 5 and 7 (and all their friends that come over to play) and she just loves being around them.
She never barks only greets you with the cutest howl when you get home because she is happy to see you with her wagging tail.
It is common in many Staffys that they suffer from separation anxiety as they love being around people. Bonnie doesn't suffer from separation anxiety. She is good about being left at home. She definitely loves an outing and loves going to places like the beach or park. But she wont annoy your neighbours with barking, crying or howling if you are out for the day.
She has been easy to train and while her training has been limited she picks up things very quickly and will do ANYTHING for food. She loves going for a walk and can be let off the lead at the beach or a park and will return to you if you call her and click her lead clip. She loves having her lead, collar or harness on.
She never digs holes or digs up the garden. In fact she is awesome at doing her business in the garden bed so there is very minimal poop scooping off the lawn! (BONUS)
Bonnie would make the best family member. My only suggestion is that her energy would be too much for elderly owners. She has really calmed from her puppy phase and is no longer chewing things that she shouldn't, but we do make sure she has her own toys, kongs and the occasional pigs ear to keep her entertained.
She is good with other dogs and we aren't sure how she is with cats as we don't have one and she hasn't been exposed to them whilst in our care for us to know. The house she came from before she came into care had a cat and another Staffy, but I cant comment on her behaviour with cat although I was assured they got on.
We are going to be terribly sad to see this beautiful girl leave our care but we know she will make a deserving family very happy.
Medical notes
She is in perfect health and hasn't had to see a vet for anything other than vaccinations and desexing.
