About Evie
Evie has been nothing but delightful since she’s been with her foster mum. She’s the most gentle street cat we’ve ever come across and her amazing nature is showing more and more each day. The fact she’s getting her energy back and showing signs of being more than just a mother is a lovely sight to us. She will only continue to bloom in her looks and personality.
Evie is a mum of 5 gorgeous babies who are now ready for new homes. She’s a real beauty! We think that she’s got a large amount of Burmese in her. Who would have thought we’d find such a stunning girl doing it tough on the street.
She was heavily pregnant when she came into care with Urban Cat Rescue. She’s cared for her 5 babies so well and we are very proud of her seeing as she’s so young and tiny. She was bullied by the colony where she was found and barely got any food so she’s remained very small. She is also small because she’s a very young mum and is likely not going to grow any bigger.
Evie has a little way to go in the confidence department. She has already had 2-3 months of life indoors so it won’t be long before she’s ruling whichever roost she goes to. It’s just something we need to point out as she won’t be a cat that will sit on your lap immediately.
Adoption trials are open for Evie from this week. She will come vaccinated, microchipped and desexed. She will still have signs of feeding her kittens and will need a quiet space to adjust when she first goes to a new place.
