About Millie ~ Maltese X (on trial 4/12/2017)
Meet Millie. She is an 8 year old Maltese x girl looking for a new home.
Millie is such an affectionate girl, loves nothing more than a cuddle and a nurse and to go in the car, which she is very well behaved in. She loves to sleep on the bed with you and doesn’t take up too much room.
Millie will let you know if anyone is around, but is not a barker, more of a doorbell. She likes the company of other dogs and cats. Well, actually, she has only been tested with kittens, but she just sat and watched them until she got bored and dozed off.
Millie likes little toys to play with and has her special ones. She has so much fun with toys that you would think there’s a room full of dogs under attack but its only Millie playing.
For more information or to meet Millie, please contact her foster carer Carolyn on 0403 653 001. Millie is in foster care in Singleton, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Millie’s adoption fee is $350 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
