About Millie - ND630
Millie has the sweetest personality you will ever find! Not a mean bone in her body, she is as soft as a marshmallow and has so much love to share. Abandoned in an empty boarded up house, we don't know what kind of a life Millie was having but she is now in search of her special home with the love she deserves. She is extremely curious and loves to play, play, play! Millie loves to be near her owner and will always be under your feet or by your side, making the perfect companion. She LOVES cuddles, is a needy little darling and will do anything for a belly rub! She is a lovely sweet puppy however is needing someone who has quite a bit of time to spend with her and steer her in the right direction. Being a Kelpie, Millie is very energetic and smart, she has so much potential with training and the right home she will do wonders and turn into the most perfect girl. Exercise is a must, she is a bundle of legs and energy and loves to run with her foster sibling and play. She is wonderful at the off lead dog park, never straying too far from her owner, and returns when called. She would suit a home with a dominant dog as she likes to follow the lead of her foster brother but she’s really all about the humans! She is fully grown at just over knee height making her a medium sized dog. She LOVES food which makes training her easy peasy and she is so gentle when feeding from the hand. Millie is highly social and more on the submissive side when meeting new dogs out and about, always looking for reassurance and acceptance from her humans. Millie’s manners are improving every day but she can jump up when excited or anxious so a family with older kids is preferred. However with training, lots of exercise and of course love, we are confident this working breed girl will fit in wonderfully with someone who wants an energetic and social girl. She will shower you with kisses and be so happy to spend her days in her permanent home she can call her own.
