About Ayla
Hello everyone, my name is Ayla!
I arrived at Lort Smith with a fractured jaw quite some time ago and have been in foster care ever since while recovering. You may have seen my beautiful face on social media? I am quite famous now you know. Everyone at Lort Smith has been amazing and I have fallen in love with them all, as they have with me.
I absolutely love other dogs, playing with my squeaky and rope toys and I am great with food puzzles!
I am great with obedience training and absolutely love learning, so taking me to doggy school is a must! I will need to be toilet trained as being in and out of foster care has been a little confusing and I am unsure of where the appropriate place is to toilet. I'm a fast learner!
If possible I would also love to have another doggy friend.
In foster care I lived with another dog (who I loved), chickens and a cat. Initially I would chase smaller animals but now I am very well behaved!
Due to the extensive amount of damage I had to my jaw I will need to be monitored closely by my new family. I will require the right side of my mouth to flushed with medicated mouth rinse every 2-3 days and I will also require a recheck and x-rays in six months time.
Please call the Adoption Hub on 9321 7240 if you want to learn more about me. Hopefully I see you soon!
Medical notes
Adopted with a disclaimer. X-rays in six months time. Mouth rinsed every 2-3 days. Monitored closely for any discomfort.
